Broadly speaking, we support home audio and home theater products. This includes home theater receivers, integrated amplifiers, preamps, power amps, media players, and subwoofers. We support several boutique/high-end brands as well as quite a bit of vintage equipment.

We are an authorized service center for several brands. That means that we have access to parts and service documentation, and we can honor the factory warranty on their products.

Authorized Servicer for…

There are very few Denon servicers in the USA known as Super Service Centers, welcome to ours.

We do in and out of warranty work. Our techs started working on Marantz in the mid 70's and we still have the manuals. We can repair your Classic 2230, 2245, 2270, 2325, 115, 240, 250, etc...

Yamaha always made great home electronics. They have several regional service centers and we are yours for Texas and the surrounding States. We have the paper manuals going back to the CR-1000. We are a big fan of the M-80 generation too.

Bang & Olufsen is a great company with the best customer support and superior mechanical engineering. Only the last generation of B&O turntables with twin tone arm should be pursued. Parts are generally available for everything except the motor and therefore more reliable than any previous generation. We 3D printed replacement linkages to repair the classic jammed mechanism.

Incredible name recognition and exellent performance, not just glass and blue meters. We do in and out of warranty work for them, though we no longer support the very old preamps—26, 28, 30, etc.

HEGEL makes great gear in Norway. Seriously heavy duty and designed for 4 ohm speakers with their very effective Sound Engine, unique distortion reduction. So little of it breaks that we are the only warranty station in the USA. If you have a warranty concern, contact HEGEL USA first.

Fabulous vacuum tube gear well made in Minnesota. Our relationship started when the same parent company owned both McIntosh and Audio Research. We have been doing McIntosh for decades and Audio Research found out about it.

Well made American electronics popular for their GFA amplifiers. These are far more capable than a receiver when used on speakers of less than 8 ohms. We support them in and out of warranty.

Pro-Ject makes very nice turntables and we recently became a warranty station. Well supported.

Harman Specialty Group

American made separates with the highest build quality. We are 1 of only 4 factory-authorized regional service centers in the USA. One of our techs has Levinson experience going back to 1996.

American made separates with awesome build quality. We are 1 of only 4 factory authorized service centers in the USA. The Lexicon MC-12 is an amazing platform. We stock most parts but be aware Harman does not allow us to sell of any internal parts. The pro-audio models are supported by Harman DSP / Lexicon Pro in Sandy, Utah.

We are still doing JBL home audio repairs. We have been a JBL fan forever and our lead tech was a pro dealer back in the late 80s. Speakers should be directed to TexaSound.

Very well built. Think of a well built Denon or Yamaha, but with better parts. Wolfson DACs, etc. We are happy to see them in or out of warranty.

Seems JBL just wasn’t high end enough anymore and Harman needed another flagship HOME speaker company. Therefore Kevin Voecks and the REVEL brand sprung into existence. We have special knowledge in the Revel B12 and B15 subwoofers.

We were a warranty station for Carver when this stuff was new. We still have the manuals too.

Linn makes really good stereo equipment and we have a very good connection to Audio Concepts in Dallas. We gladly welcome their referrals.

Bose: Factory service only.
Car Audio: For your car’s original factory audio equipment, you’ll likely need to take your car to a dealership. For aftermarket gear, we recommend contacting the manufacturer to see if they can direct you to an authorized service center.
NAD: We are no longer a warranty station for NAD. Please contact Bammel TV in Houston, TX. Out of warranty? We may be able to help you, but call us first.
Onkyo/Integra/Pioneer Home Audio: While we can support vintage models, we cannot offer support for their modern receivers or do any warranty work. For that, you can contact APM Electronics in Houston, TX.
Pioneer Elite/DJ/Car: No support. For Elite and DJ, you can contact APM Electronics in Houston, TX. For Car, contact Pioneer directly.
Pyramid/Pyle Audio: The Pyramid Car and Pro Audio brand is currently owned by Pyle Audio, and before that by Sound Around of Brooklyn, New York. We are not associated in any way with Pyramid products made by Sound Around, Pyle Audio, or any other business.
Speakers: We are able to repair the amp modules of certain brands of active, or powered, speakers and subwoofers. With regard to passive speakers, we can only work on ones that are manufactured by our supported brands. Please call before bringing in speakers or subwoofers. If you need anything else, or are looking to get speakers refoamed, reconed, or otherwise get drivers repaired, consider contacting TexaSound.
Sony: All Sony repairs are handled by United Radio.
