For WARRANTY REPAIRS, please include a COPY OF THE SALES RECEIPT with the equipment.
For NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS, a diagnostic fee is collected upon arrival. In the event that repairs are made, the diagnostic fee is credited to the final bill. If no repairs are need or the estimate is declined, this fee is nonrefundable and goes toward the technician’s time spent diagnosing. Please call for diagnostic fee information.
